Logically speaking, Ukraine as a soverign country never took away the
properties belonging to our families ( who were Romanian citizens at the
time) so it is not clear how it can return the property or compensate the
rightful owners...... Perhaps it can use the UNESCO funds or the aid funds
it's received from US or Canada?
