[Hi Irene... the problem has been fixed by Edgar... sorry J.]

Dear Jerome,
I have tried now for a second time to post a comment on the - beautifully
refurbished - Ehpes Blog , and it simply disappeared !

So, I send now the link to another interesting historical photo with Ina's
father I have found on the YIVO site:

 http://www.yivoencyclopedia.org/article.aspx/Chernivtsi

Thanks and best regards,
Irene

Czernowitzers...

Clearly, these folks didn't get their hair cut at Adolf Falikmann's
barbershop, but maybe it was just the style of the times?

Return now, courtesy of Ina Lancman, to the sepia-toned Czernowitz of the
1920's and an interesting back room photo of Itzik Manger and other 'scary'
looking, very intense folks. Two of the group are identified, but two are
not.

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to identify the others.

Click on: http://ehpes.com/blog1/2013/01/28/people-in-the-photo/ and be
swiftly transported back in time some 90 years to the Czernowitz of your
grandparents...

Best,
jerome
