1919 historical documents in German

Czernowitzers/Sadagorians/others...

In an email this week, List member Alex Denisenko sent along eight pages
of scans of 1919 documents in German that he thought may be of interest
to the group. I made a pdf of them and put it on the blog along with
some details and Alex's original email. All the details at:
