[Cz-L] Who is a Czernowitzer ?

Yes who is a Czernowitzer ?
  Anybody who says he is.
  No matter for how long or short his stay was.
  Of German, Russian, Georgian, Moldavian , Ukrainean origin.
   Intermarried, extramarried , illegitimate.
    All are welcome.
     Give us your stories.
   Some will look down on others - we had this in the best
   of times when the populatian was pure blooded.
      Pure blooded it never was.
     Money made the world go round.
      So feel at home - join the carnival.
