Dear all,

there is a a new blog post at Vanished World dedicated to Czernowitz:

The houses and the streets of Chernivtsi have not changed much since the pre-war period. The population, however, was almost completely replaced. Who looks down while walking the streets of Chernivtsi reads 'Czernowitz', 'Cernăuţi' and of course the current name of the city on manhole covers. The traces of the past are still there.

All the best
Christian
