I will not argue about present state of things at the University.
I am glad that the Botany Dep. is succeeding. After all, Bukovina (named after a tree) is a rich agricultural region. Looks like they are investing in research. As for the Soviet policies gone, so did the Jews. So there is no ethnic restriction today. No need.
