[Cz-L] Radauti help

I am new to the List and am Looking for help for finding connections to family from Radautz/Radauti - can anyone help with drafting a letter in Romanian to the town hall for me to obtain birth, marriage and death certificates? My family that I know came to New York around 1900-1911 with names ROSENKRANZ, and KLEINHOLZ - DANKNER also a family name - some I also believe remained in Radautz - I only know some family and am looking for more connections. Any help or thoughts greatly appreciated.
