[Cz-L] Czernowitz Book

Dear Czernowitzers,

At this time, there are 16 of us, willing to contribute to the proposed
book. Definitely a large enough number to make the project worthwhile.

I urge all of you, who have not already done so, to consider contributing
your memoirs, essays, letters, photographs and documents, related to your,
or your family's life in Czernowitz, to the proposed book.
 
Below is the questionnaire, I would like all contributors to fill out.
This is information I need before approaching any publisher.
