 Hello

With apologies for "high-jacking" this conversation - I am looking for
any information on Simon Fuhr, who was born in Czernowitz in the 1880s.
He married a woman called Esther, and they had two children, Jeanette
and later (1910) Max - my late father. Both were born in Czernowitz.

Apologies again for butting in but Fuhrmann is the closest name I have
come across so far in Czernowitz, and some Fuhrmanns shortened their
names to Fuhr, I am told.

All other avenues have proved fruitless.

Regards

Mike Fuhr
