[Cz-L] Yiddish language conference

Some time ago, a grandchild of Sholem Asch who attended the 1908 conference,
   wrote the list on his endeavors to have the Yiddish language
commemoration
   held under the auspices of the 600 year city jubilee festivities.
    Does somebody know where this stands?
       Do not forget, Cz was just the venue , the attendance was Yiddish
speakers
  from all corners of the world and so should the commemoration be.
     If it will take place all Jewish organizations should be notified.
         But there is still a long way to go
