[Cz-L] Travel to Czernowitz

Does anyone has experience reaching Czernowitz from Luov, Ukraine.
Is it better, though seems farther. to do it from Bucharest ?.
Has anyone flown from Czernowitz to Odessa (if there is such a thing
as a safe airline in that stretch )?
