Serah...
You are not only "allowed to mention WWI" or the "after-effects of Perestroika" or "the WWII", you are kindly invited to do so and your contribution is highly appreciated. As Hardy pointed out - before his "strike declaration" - nobody ruled you out, we simply didn't have reasonable information on post-WWII Czernowitz.
And, no, Serah I didn't live in Czernowitz, I just visited this city nearly year by year, but I had never the impression, that "it is now in the cul-de-sac of a 3rd world country", as you mentioned in your mail dated 16.10.2012.
As our moderators, as you previously mentioned, "have passed the test with flying colours" (Did they know, that they were sitting for an examination?), you can rely on their now reaffirmed competence.
So, based on your contributions, our discussions will reach again "a new level of maturity and controversy" as you mentioned in your previous mailing to the group.
However, dear Serah, I'm sharing with you your appeal for more sensitiveness and tolerance to each other!
