Thank you Serah for suggesting Hlyboka. it is very close to Czernowitz.
The Bukovina/ Bucovina, once Bukowina has been divided into two regions,
the Southern Bucovina belongs to Romania and the northern Bukovina
belongs to Ukraine.
Dorohoi was never part of the Bukowina or Bucovina.
