Hi Merle, I found some Pessah receipts too, here they are:
Cake
6 eggs, 1 glass sugar, half lemon, 1 soup spoon mazze flour, 1 spoon cacao
powder 200 Gramm nuts
the white of egg beaten, than the other engrediants
Cake.
8 eggs, 1 glass sugar, 160 Gramm mazze flour, lemon,, beet the white, than
the yols and the other things, in an pan with baking paper or oiled, very
tasty with the wine sauce.
To this cake I am making a wine sauce:
150 Gramm wine,75 Gramm water, 3 soup spoon sugar, 1 tea spoon potato flour,
1 egg, 1 tea spoon cinnamon,
boil on a low flame, until it will be like a sauce...serve hot

and then will insert a small chapter in the Bukovina Cookbook, Volume 3,
