That's why we call it "Schmettentorte".
The Bucovinian sour cream is something special . We tasted it on our last
trip.
My mother added the sour cherries from the bottom of the vishinata (
Vishniak ) bottle.
This was my childhood birthday cake , too.
Impossible to forget.
