[Cz-L] Dr. Julius Scherzer

Hello,

A childhood friend of Dr. Julius Scherzer (from Czernowitz) contacted me,
hoping that I could put Dr. Scherzer in contact with him. However, when I
sent an e-mail to Dr. Scherzer, it was rejected after a few days because his
email inbox was full. Has anyone information regarding Dr. Scherzer that
might help me put these two in contact with each other?
