Hi, Mimi,
I know the Kultusgemeinde building ( Centralnyi Dim Kultury now) quite
well ,but I don't remember the rooms on the ground floor.
There is the main entry vith the vestibule with the two sleepy lions,
then
5 steps to a platform where the stairs begin. From these stairs
balustrade
somebody cut off a corner from a metal magen-david (now replaced).
The building also has a gate from the Heine (Steinbarg now) street.
The question is how much wall space they allocate for the museum.
A revolving slide show would be more economic on wall space
but would necessitate a seating arrangement.
About personal contributions : What people have are old black and white
family picture ,wrinkled and in post card size( 9 by 15 cm) in poor
quality.
What use are these ? You can of course enlarge them on plastic sheets
but the quality will decrease by this. You can also fiddle around
with brightness and contrast correction but this wont do much good.
      But these are the options.
     Hardy
