Czernowitzers...
Ruth Gold brought to all of us the most impressive poem "Transnistria" written by Aurel Baranga (Aurel Leibovici) and - over and above - Ruth's translation of Aurel Baranga's poem is much more than a translation, it is a most sensitive interpretation and therefore it is at least so moving as the original Romanian poem itself.
Adding a previously undisclosed photo of Aurel Baranga (Aurel Leibovici) • 1913-1979, I've published both, Aurel Baranga's Romanian poem and Ruth Gold's English translation at our ehpes.com Blog:

Enjoy this piece of JEWelry and "stay tuned" for more poetic discoveries to come soon!
